Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in market management, commercial strategy, or segment leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop global automotive market strategies across OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 segments.
- Identify opportunities in EVs, autonomous and advanced mobility.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D.
- Lead Voice of Customer and competitive benchmarking initiatives.
- Evaluate acquisitions and partnerships to strengthen the portfolio.
- Translate market insights into product roadmaps and portfolio investments.
- Align regional execution with corporate objectives.
- Build relationships with OEMs and suppliers to accelerate growth.
- Monitor global automotive regulations and standards.
