Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in market management, commercial strategy, or segment leadership in plastics, polymers, or specialty materials.
• Proven success in segment execution, financial analysis, and global collaboration across sales, marketing, and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global automotive market strategies across OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities in EVs, autonomous/connected vehicles, lightweighting, sustainability, and battery technologies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, regulatory changes, and tech advances to shape strategic direction.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Operations to translate insights into roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Support M&A strategy by evaluating acquisition opportunities, partnerships, and tech investments.
• Lead Voice of Customer, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking to identify unmet needs and future mobility trends.
