Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Global Automation Manager to define and scale manufacturing automation across worldwide sites, with emphasis on cable assembly operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive ROI, and ensure consistent deployment of automation programs.

The role requires extensive experience in automation with a strong background in controls, vision systems, and validation, reporting to senior leadership and partnering across Operations, Quality, Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing automation, ideally in cable assembly or electromechanical manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading global or multi-site technical teams.
• Strong hands-on understanding of automation equipment, controls, vision systems, and validation.

Responsabilités

• Define, deploy, and scale global automation solutions for Power Solutions manufacturing sites.
• Lead global and site-based automation teams; own deployment strategy and ROI.
• Drive standardization, governance, and documentation for automation platforms and validation.
