Manay CPA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts at our state-of-the-art facility. You will drive QA performance, act as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality matters, and lead continuous improvement across production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive quality engineering and IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3 knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead internal and external audits including customer and certification bodies.
• Hands-on use of 8D, 5-Why, Root Cause Analysis, and SPC tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS compliant with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA standards.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits; serve as main contact for customer quality issues.
• Monitor quality KPIs, drive corrective/preventive actions, and support supplier evaluations and PPAP submissions.
