Job summary

Manay CPA, partnering with a premier Turkish automotive supplier, seeks a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to lead QA at a full-scale manufacturing facility. You will own the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues in a fast-paced tier-1 environment.

With 3–5 years in automotive Quality Engineering, you will apply IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, PPAP/FMEA, SPC, and SAP.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in automotive quality engineering.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 and core quality tools.
Experience leading audits (internal and external) and driving corrective actions.
Lean, Six Sigma familiarity is a plus and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS per IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and VDA standards.
Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits (customer & certification bodies).
Act as primary point of contact for customer quality issues and manage 8D/Root Cause analysis.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement across production.
Lead supplier evaluations, corrective actions, and PPAP submissions.
