Job summary

Walmart Corporate Global Audit Services Internship in Bentonville, AR, is a paid 11-week summer program for undergraduate students graduating between December 2027 and August 2028. You'll work on real audit projects spanning finance, accounting, IT and operations risk, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Interns participate in the full audit lifecycle from planning to reporting, engage with senior leaders, receive leadership development, and have housing and relocation benefits.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of our business
• Become aware of associate needs and participate in discussions to address identified gaps
• Manage key milestones and deliverables related to their assigned internship project
• Take initiative, remain bold in their ideas, and actively participate in all discussions
• Conduct internal and external research/benchmarking as appropriate
• Partner with other associates across teams/functions to identify solutions and present recommendations
• Build their network of professionals across the enterprise and receive direct exposure to several leaders
• Receive support and guidance from a host of individuals including mentors and a dedicated Program Manager
