Job summary

Walmart is offering a paid Corporate Global Audit Services Internship for summer 2027. The 11-week program is designed for undergraduate students graduating between December 2027 and August 2028.

Interns work on challenging audit projects across finance, accounting, governance, IT, and operational risk, with mentorship and leadership exposure throughout the internship. Interns will gain hands-on experience from planning to reporting, deliver action-oriented recommendations, and build a network

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program currently.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Majors include Finance, Accounting, Business, MIS, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work on one or multiple audit-related projects within Walmart Global Audit Services.
• Participate in planning, execution, and reporting phases of audits.
• Develop understanding of risk evaluation and control recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver results and communicate findings.
• Receive mentorship and professional development throughout the internship.
• Engage with leaders through the CFO exposure and speaker series.
