Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience related to strategic sourcing, business management and/or project management.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional partners in a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-ready communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, co-pilot and AI tools.
