Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a maintenance & reliability leadership role in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing structured reliability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chemours Asset Care strategy across manufacturing sites.
• Standardize global maintenance and reliability programs.
• Coach and develop business asset care leaders.
