Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Sr. Director, Aseptic Operational Support to lead enterprise sterility programs across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. You will define policies, monitor KPIs, and guide risk-based decision making for aseptic and microbial control.

You will drive harmonization, oversee CMO relationships, and serve as the technical authority on sterility and contamination events, ensuring compliance with global regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in pharma with microbiology, sterility, contamination control, or aseptic processing.
• 8–10 years in senior leadership with enterprise accountability for quality or regulatory strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise governance for aseptic operations and contamination control.
• Lead strategies for sterility assurance, environmental monitoring, and regulatory readiness.
• Drive cross-site harmonization and knowledge sharing across global manufacturing networks.
• Represent the senior technical voice in regulatory inspections and industry forums.
