Job summary

Greene, Tweed seeks a senior AR leader to oversee global accounts receivable operations, driving DSO reductions and working capital optimization. You will lead a small team and work with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive AR experience.
• 3+ years in global or multi-regional management.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• CCE or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AR professionals and set strategic direction.
• Oversee DSO management and cash flow optimization.
• Design and implement global credit, collection, and dispute policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to improve billing accuracy.
• Provide executive AR reporting to the ELT on a regular basis.
