Qualifications

- Experience leading cross-functional reviews and standardization efforts.
- Ability to develop SOPs for Well Construction products and perform technical reviews.
Responsibilities
- Review well designs and product applications to ensure project requirements.
- Lead development of standardized Operations Manuals for Well Construction products.
- Train sales, operations, and customers on new products and services.
- Prepare NPRs and track NPR status; assist with NPR documentation.
- Support tender/bid preparation with technical input and cost targets.
- Create and present technical papers for industry associations like SPE.
