Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronic component applications engineering, product management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of inductors, capacitors, resistors, diodes, and transistors.
• Experience supporting product development and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new electronic component products and recommend product development initiatives.
• Serve as technical point of contact for customers and sales teams, answering application questions and providing solutions.
• Provide technical support to internal teams including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and support marketing strategies that increase sales and market share.
• Provide training and technical education to internal teams and customers.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay informed on emerging technologies and products.
