Job summary
Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Global Support Manager to lead operational support for an enterprise application portfolio. You will drive incident, service, and problem management, head regional coverage, and collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Development, and Support teams to ensure stable, scalable deployments.
The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, leadership, and experience with ServiceNow, Azure, and SQL data validation.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years in IT operations or application support with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Helix) and ALM tools (Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Agile/Kanban and cloud (Azure) environments
- Experience with observability tools and SQL data validation
Responsibilities
- Lead operational support across enterprise applications and incident management
- Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of business-critical apps
- Drive process improvements using ITSM metrics and KPIs
- Oversee onboarding of sites to applications with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate major incidents, root-cause analysis, and prevent recurrence
