Job summary

Reflex Performance Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator in New York, NY. Qualifications

• Experience with Costco production across multiple regions is preferred.
• Over 5 years of production experience required, Costco experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors for smooth operations.
• Organize and track order details using Excel.
• Prepare and send packages to overseas factories.
• Train and mentor assistants and associates.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes

Proactive problem solving

Ability to work with multiple teams

Fluent in English

Education

Bachelor's Degree in fashion design or equivalent experience
