Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Manager to serve as the Global Functional Leader for Accounts Payable within the FOAA team. The role leads global AP strategy, drives automation, and ensures strong controllership and reporting across Amazon’s operations.

The candidate should bring extensive finance and accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a track record in building scalable, automated processes that improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• 10+ years of tax, finance or related analytical experience.
• 8+ years of KPIs experience for analyses.
• 8+ years of building financial/operational reports for decision making.
• 8+ years of automation/analysis experience.
• 3+ years of financial/ad hoc analysis with data tools.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute goals for FOAA AP globally.
• Prioritize automation projects to drive baseline savings.
• Drive operational excellence and partnering with projects for controllership.
• Drive global reporting format standardization and SLAs.
• Ensure central accounting deliverables meet SLA; analyze activity and explain drivers.
• Influence business decisions with data-driven analysis and clear communication.
• Lead financial review meetings with FinOps leadership and design internal reports.
• Hire, develop, and retain a world-class finance team.
