Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks aSenior AP Deployment Specialist to drive the global invoice intake and processing transformation full‑time, operating separate from day‑to‑day AP teams. You will support discovery, validation, testing, deployment readiness, go‑live, hyper‑care, and stabilization, coordinating with country AP teams and technology partners.

You will ensure future‑state solutions meet AP operational needs, controls, and business requirements while enabling scalable, sustainable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or AP transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, approvals, exception management, controls, and payment readiness processes.
• Experience participating in UAT, deployment, go-live, hyper-care, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Owns AP operations activities across discovery, design validation, testing, deployment readiness, go-live, hyper-care, and stabilization.
• Ensure requirements and configurations reflect AP operational needs, controls, and business requirements.
• Serve as primary working-level representative between AP Operations and the deployment program.
• Champion AP user readiness, adoption, and sustainability of future-state processes.
• Develop end-to-end UAT scenarios and business test scripts based on real AP activities.
