Job summary

National Airlines in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced AOG Buyer to expedite purchases and logistics for Aircraft on Ground materials to keep fleets airborne. You will coordinate with Maintenance Control, On-Site Maintenance Representatives, and the Director of Materials.

Responsibilities include sourcing parts worldwide, overseeing procurement and distribution, tracking orders, and ensuring FAA quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Aviation materials and inventory experience preferred.
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Expedites purchases and logistics for AOG materials to keep aircraft on schedule.
• Sources parts and services globally, from company stock or the market.
• Oversees shipping, forwarding, and routing of AOG parts.
• Coordinates with maintenance control and onsite technicians to ensure timely sourcing.
• Maintains orders, amendments, and shipping notices; follows up on delivery commitments.
• Produces reports and verifies invoices for accuracy and payment terms.
• Ensures FAA quality standards and company policies are followed.
