Strong academic credentials and excellent communication are required, with bar admission to Washington DC or eligibility to waive in. Candidates should have experience or interest in federal antitrust matters, and the ability to collaborate in a global team

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of antitrust experience (law firm or government).
• Experience in antitrust litigation, cartel defense, analyzing transactions or merger control is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle antitrust matters including litigation, merger clearance, cartels, and advisory work.
• Represent clients before regulatory agencies such as DOJ and FTC.
• Collaborate in a global team environment and contribute to market-leading antitrust practice.
