Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics or data-related field.
• 5+ yrs experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a closely related field (e.g., life sciences consulting, investment banking).
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of: forecasting, primary market research, or advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, evidence-based recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative market research design, execution, interpretation, and dissemination.
• Integrate insights from primary research, secondary sources, real-world data, and other evidence to inform strategy.
• Lead long-term forecasting by combining insights, performance analytics and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with global teams to calibrate a shared forecast view and align on market dynamics.
• Define KPI development with commercial teams and monitor market trends and competitor performance.
