Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant in Global Analytics Practice to transform how Life Sciences teams work with Technology, Data, and AI.

You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value with pre-integrated data for high-impact insights. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor Associates, and contribute to business development while leveraging unique datasets to accelerate patient outcomes and field activation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences consulting (business or management)
• Proficiency in healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, reference)
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong analytical reasoning (quantitative & qualitative)
• Ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project workstreams with high-quality design and delivery
• Solve complex Life Sciences problems using data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants within your workstream
• Contribute to business development and internal IP creation to drive practice growth
