Job summary

HSBC seeks a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead analytics within the Global Payment Solutions Data and Insights team. You will deliver data strategy, modelling, and segmentation to drive global performance and informed decision-making.

The role requires proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, Python, R, and GCP tools, with the ability to partner with regional product, sales, and management teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical experience in data strategy, modelling, and segmentation.
• Experience with KPI definitions, dashboards, and reusable analytics artifacts.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics across global customer, product, and channel initiatives to inform strategy.
• Design and evaluate analytic solutions for scalable, cross-region insights.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GPS and CIB teams to align with governance and global standards.
