Job summary

LGC in the United States seeks a senior leader to direct the AmpSeq programme as a strategic growth platform across global stakeholders, balancing strategic leadership with near-term delivery.

You will drive cross-functional change across NGS workflows, manufacturing scale-up, and customer onboarding, partnering with Operations, Commercial, Product Development, Quality and senior leadership to ensure steady progress and aligned execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in life sciences, genomics, or programme management.
• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional programmes in life sciences.
• Strong communication and governance skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AmpSeq programme as a strategic growth platform across global stakeholders.
• Balance strategic leadership with operational issue resolution for near-term delivery.
• Direct cross-functional change across NGS workflows, manufacturing scale-up, and customer onboarding.
