Job summary

LGC is seeking an AmpSeq Programme Director to lead a cross-functional programme scaling AmpSeq into a global platform. You will govern design, pilot execution, kit manufacture, services and BioIT, coordinating across Middleton, Berlin and other sites with PMO oversight.

The role requires strategic leadership, risk management, KPI tracking and strong stakeholder communication to ensure revenue growth and operational readiness across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, genomics or related field.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programmes with governance.
• Experience with dashboards, KPI reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AmpSeq programme as a strategic growth platform across sites.
• Provide governance, prioritisation, risk management and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate design, pilot, kit manufacture and service delivery globally.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Product Development and Finance.
