Job summary

Dexis is seeking an AM&E Analyst to provide a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation support to DSCA. The role is remotely based in the continental United States with substantial travel to fulfill project needs.

You will conduct desk and field research, analysis, data collection, and visualization, and contribute to policy writing and capacity building while coordinating with multiple offices and partners on security-focused programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years AM&E experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication with partners and governments.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day research, analysis, and program support services.
• Conduct field evaluations.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance on AM&E.
• Manage AM&E projects and tasks.
• Travel up to 25-50% domestically and internationally in accordance with client demands.
