Job summary

SOSi seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the Air Force Contract Augmentation (AFCAP) VI program worldwide. The role oversees engineering, force support, construction, services, and commodities, coordinating with government stakeholders and SOSi leadership from Reston, VA or Panama City, FL.

Active Secret clearance required; 10+ years of PM experience in government contracting, with strong leadership and risk management skills to drive timely, compliant program execution.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 10 years of program management experience within the last 12 years.
• Experience with Government appropriations.
• Air Force Mission Support functions: Engineering and Force Support.
• Construction, Services and Commodities.
• Experience managing multiple task orders >$2M each across dispersed locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex government contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for multiple government task orders.
• Serve as primary interface with government customers and SOSi leadership.
• Lead program execution across Engineering, Force Support, Construction, Services, and Commodities.
• Apply knowledge of appropriations, funding, and acquisition processes to support execution.
• Oversee program financials, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and commitments.
• Develop and execute program plans, metrics, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage risks and priorities.
• Coordinate geographically dispersed teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with government stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare status updates, reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
