Job summary

Motion Recruitment partners with a world-leading risk and claims company to hire an Enterprise AI & Transformation Architect. You will drive global AI transformation by designing and scaling advanced ML/GenAI architectures across diverse environments.

You will lead reference architectures, govern large programs, and guide executive decisions on technology investments, leveraging Bedrock, Kafka, and hybrid clouds.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise/AI Architecture or Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on design and deployment of AI/GenAI in enterprise settings.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Kafka, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to govern large-scale, cross-country transformations.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the target enterprise architecture for Sedgwick's transformation across countries, including ML/GenAI platforms and agentic workflows.
• Design architectures for large-scale initiatives spanning multiple countries using cloud-native and on-premises systems.
• Develop reference architectures enabling international deployment of AI, GenAI, and agentic workflows with best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to reinvent processes and customer journeys using AI orchestration and event-driven architectures.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory constraints.
• Produce roadmaps, capability models, and transformation plans reflecting AI and cloud advances.
