Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy transformation, technology, analytics or AI leadership.
- Experience in (re)insurance or regulated industries preferred.
- Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise AI strategy aligned to business goals.
- Identify high ROI AI use cases across underwriting, pricing, claims, ops.
- Build and retain top AI talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with tech/data teams to deliver AI capabilities.
- Drive adoption and measure impact of AI initiatives.
