Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an AI Developer within the Digital & Technology team to design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and agent-based systems. You will work with Python, C#, TypeScript, and React, leveraging Azure AI services and orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across legal, data, and security teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building, testing, and supporting web apps.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React; Python or C# a plus.
• Exposure to AI, ML, LLMs, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with LLM APIs or AI SDKs and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and agent-based systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions.
• Develop components and integrations using TypeScript, Python, C#, React, and APIs.
• Configure AI solutions using Azure AI services and cloud technologies.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
• Write tests (Vitest/Jest/Playwright) and monitor performance.
• Follow SDLC, security, and operational standards; create documentation.
• Support secure, compliant use of AI technologies and participate in code reviews.
