Job summary

Goodwin Procter is seeking an AI Developer to join the Digital & Technology team in Boston. You will design, build, test, and maintain AI-powered applications and agent-based systems that streamline business operations and enhance productivity.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of software development experience, with proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (React) and familiarity with Python or C#. Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Azure AI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building, testing, and supporting web applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript; Python or C# a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent workflows.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to SDLC, security, and documentation.
