Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Solution Architecture to lead global architectural design for Medical Affairs digital and AI initiatives within a regulated pharma environment. You will shape integration standards, governance, and AI deployment strategies in collaboration with senior Medical Affairs leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT/digital architecture; 8+ years hands-on as Solution Architect.
• Expertise in AI/NLP, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), APIs, data integration, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences/Marketing Cloud in regulated pharma settings.

Responsibilities

• Establish architectural blueprints; direct platform design and AI strategy; ensure GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, and AI ethics compliance.
• Translate technical solutions into business value for senior Medical Affairs leaders.
• Manage a pod (UX Designer, Scrum Master) and coordinate with engineering teams.
