Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead generative AI-enabled automations and digital solutions across Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. The role manages global AI software implementations across quality systems, ensuring alignment with validation and lifecycle requirements.

The hybrid role requires in-office presence in Marlborough, MA, or Arden Hills, MN at least three days per week, with no visa sponsorship or relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years coordinating and/or leading software validation projects or IT-related projects in a regulated environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry is required.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and their application in project environments.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholder groups at site, division and regional levels.
• Ability to work independently and meet deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and foster ownership and accountability.
• Estimate effort and resources with stakeholders.
• Prepare schedules, budgets and timelines using MS Project.
• Direct execution through task assignment and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Quality, Regulatory, Data Science, IT, Legal and global site teams.
• Identify dependencies and critical path while maintaining quality.
• Communicate status through standard reports and executive updates.
