Job summary

PALO IT in the United States is seeking a Product Owner to align country-specific product strategies with global goals. You will work with Product Managers, Global Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate local market needs into actionable features, user stories, and data requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Product Ownership, strong data analytics, SQL, and experience with Agile frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Experience with data and analytics teams to inform strategy.
• Understanding of product analytics, KPIs, dashboards, data visualization, and SQL.
• Proficient in Scrum or Kanban for managing the product lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate country-specific strategies into features and user stories for dev teams.
• Ensure delivery of local-market products aligned with global strategies.
• Develop features, acceptance criteria, and data requirements.
• Plan product roadmaps yearly and quarterly with local priorities.
• Review local product performance using KPIs and data insights.
• Manage the local product backlog and align with global roadmap.
• Collaborate with data, BI, analytics teams to define metrics and reporting needs.
• Define specs with cross-functional teams to support delivery.
• Analyze performance and use data to prioritize improvements.
• Support testing and validation to meet country requirements.
