Job summary

DuPont seeks an AI Manufacturing & Technology Leader to define and scale AI across global operations, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, asset reliability and cost.

You will own the Operations AI roadmap, guide product lifecycle from intake to deployment, and build a Center of Excellence while embedding AI into standard operating processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, CS or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations and AI transformation.
• Proven experience translating operations into AI solutions that deliver value at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Operations AI roadmap with ROI, scalability, and change impact criteria.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions from design through adoption, including training and sustainment.
• Embed AI into standard operating processes with human-in-the-loop controls and governance.
• Partner with plant leadership, supply chain, engineering, quality, and EHS to prioritize and deploy AI solutions.
