Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Maintenance AI Technology Training Specialist to develop and deliver enterprise-wide training that accelerates adoption of digital maintenance tools and AI-supported troubleshooting across manufacturing sites globally.

You will design curricula for adult learners on the shop floor, deliver in-person and remote training across North America and beyond, and partner with ERA/IT teams to improve equipment uptime and first-time fix rates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• 2+ years of experience training or teaching adult learners in manufacturing/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Design structured maintenance digitization curriculum with objectives and assessments.
• Create quick-reference guides and e-learning modules for shop-floor use.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and metrics.
• Deliver training onsite and remotely across North America and international sites.
