Job summary

GEICO is seeking a lead AI/ML software engineer to drive the development of AI-powered products and agentic workflows. The role involves designing, deploying, and operating scalable production systems while mentoring peers in LLM and AI architecture.

You will contribute to auto­mation of business processes and enhanced customer experiences, requiring 4+ years in software engineering including production experience with Generative AI. Proficiency in Python and LangChain/LlamaIndex is essential.
