Job summary

Axtria is seeking a Project Lead/Manager for our AI & Data practice in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will lead global teams delivering data management and analytics programs for Life Sciences clients, leveraging real-world data, CRM, and commercial datasets.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and mentor engineers while expanding capabilities in GenAI, data pipelines, and visualization using AWS, Snowflake, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 5–8 years of data engineering leadership.
• Experience with pharma or life sciences data sets and data warehousing.
• Experience with GenAI/agentic AI workflows using LangChain or LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams delivering Commercial Data Management and Analytics programs.
• Collaborate with biopharma clients to deliver end-to-end data projects.
• Design data pipelines and analytics solutions for reporting.
• Manage project plans, risks, and stakeholder communications.
