Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a global services leader to build, operate and scale the Power and Cooling support capability within AI Data Center Services (AIDCS). This executive role owns service delivery for mission-critical AI and HPC environments, including workforce planning, team growth, and governance on portfolio P/L.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission-critical data-center, power, cooling or technical support services, including five years leading multi-region operations.
• Experience leading 24x7 support, global resource scheduling and major incidents across complex customer environments.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and liquid-cooling infrastructure and vendor management.
• Experience with service pricing, contracts and growing recurring revenue.
• Relevant ITIL, service management, engineering or data-center certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the global follow-the-sun support model with remote and field response.
• Forecast demand and schedule for incidents, escalations and specialist interventions.
• Build and scale a geographically distributed team of specialists in power, electrical and liquid cooling.
• Own the portfolio P/L, budget and forecast, including cost control and profitability.
• Provide governance for CDU operation, safety, alarms and integration with facility cooling loops.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, pressure-system and environmental safety requirements.
