Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a global services leader to build, operate and scale the Power and Cooling support capability within AI Data Center Services (AIDCS). The role owns service delivery for mission-critical AI and HPC environments, including global workforce planning, team growth, technical escalation governance and portfolio PL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission-critical data-center, power, cooling or technical support services.
• 5+ years leading multi-region operations.

Responsibilities

• Own global follow-the-sun support model and incident handling across regions.
• Forecast demand and global scheduling for incidents, escalations and support windows.
• Build, lead and scale a geographically distributed power, electrical, mechanical and liquid-cooling team.
• Own the portfolio PL, annual plan, budget and forecast, including revenue and margins.
• Provide governance for CDU operation, water/coolant chemistry, safety and lifecycle management.
