SupportFinity™ is looking for a Technical Program Manager for Deployments to oversee the program delivery for data center infrastructure and AI clusters in San Francisco. You will manage cross-functional teams across operations while ensuring readiness for successful implementations.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in similar environments and a strong understanding of AI infrastructure. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $275,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivering complex data center or infrastructure programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/GPU infrastructure and deployment sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead without direct ownership of execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery for data hall and AI cluster activation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams involved in execution.
• Anticipate impacts of technical sequencing decisions.
