Superside is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to turn insights into breakthrough creative work. You’ll partner with enterprise customers and multidisciplinary creative teams to develop insight-driven strategies across brand, digital, social, and web experiences.

You’ll combine analytical thinking with creative intuition, helping shape campaigns that deliver measurable business results while contributing to the continued evolution of strategy at Superside.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and platform-specific storytelling.
• Experience developing creative strategies and writing clear, actionable creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital-first strategies across brand, social, web, display, email, and emerging channels.
• Translate objectives, market insights, and performance data into clear creative briefs and recommendations.
• Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers to develop compelling concepts.
