Job summary

This role involves creating self-service capabilities, providing streamlined workflows, and ensuring operational readiness through observability practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in ML/CS/Engineering with 8 years of experience in AI/DS/ML, demonstrating a strong platform engineering mindset and expertise in CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• 8 year experience with AI/DS/ML required.
• Proven experience building internal platforms / developer tooling and operating production services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain self‑service capabilities for teams.
• Provide standardized environment templates and secure defaults.
• Establish reusable CI/CD templates and promotion gates.
• Define SLIs/SLOs for platform services and ensure telemetry export.
• Run continuous feedback loops with platform users.
