Job summary
SKIMS is seeking a performance-driven Manager, Affiliate & Performance Partnerships to lead global affiliate, audio, and YouTube partnerships. You will own strategy, budgets, testing, and optimization to drive efficient customer acquisition and incremental revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has deep affiliate and creator partnerships experience, hands-on audio and YouTube work, and strong analytics to improve iROAS/ROAS, CAC, attribution, and incrementality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in affiliate, performance partnerships, or creator marketing.
- Experience with Impact, LTK, ShopMy and YouTube affiliates.
- Proven ability to drive iROAS/ROAS, CAC improvements.
- Experience with podcast/streaming audio partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own global strategy and budgets for affiliates, audio, and YouTube.
- Grow affiliate program across content, rewards, and creators.
- Scale creator affiliate and YouTube partnerships with Influencer team.
- Lead podcast and streaming audio strategy with agencies.
- Forecast, pace, allocate, and test partner mix.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics to strengthen attribution.
- Manage agencies with accountability.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Finance.
