Electronic Arts seeks a seasoned Global Affairs Operations leader to enable a 200-person organization. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and collaborates with the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Business Officer.

This full-time hybrid position requires three days on-site in LA, with options in Redwood City or Seattle. The successful candidate will shape the operations strategy, lead cross-functional programs, manage budgets, and drive technology-enabled efficiency across

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operations function with 10+ years of operation experience across people, processes and technology within a corporate or law firm setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong financial planning and management skills with budget oversight and analysis.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Experience overseeing technology solutions and AI initiatives; experience with vendors and law firms on engagement and billing practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial, operational and technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Legal Officer and senior leadership, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align operations with enterprise goals.
• Design and deliver a Global Affairs operations strategy; lead large cross-functional projects and facilitate leadership meetings.
• Lead and develop the Global Affairs Operations team, set expectations and cultivate a service-oriented culture.
• Manage Global Affairs budget planning and management.
• Select and manage technology solutions to drive efficiency, including CLM, AI tools, e-Billing, analytics and workflow automation.
• Partner with department leaders to manage outside counsels, technology and staffing providers.
• Collaborate on talent planning, onboarding and people processes across the department.
