Job summary

Qualifications

Must be a college junior in good standing, graduate student, or recent graduate.
Interest in transatlantic relations and European affairs preferred.
Experience with events and conference logistics is helpful.
Strong writing and research abilities required.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Handle logistics for Europe Center events and activities.
Organize prep materials for meetings, appointments, speaking engagements.
Support operations and administrative functions.
Manage program contacts and networks.
Assist with outreach to Europe experts and officials.
Draft correspondence and take notes at roundtables.
Conduct research to support staff and fellows, including speeches and policy briefs.
