Job summary

Cynosure, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to train new and existing customers on all Cynosure products. You will deliver product training and support before and after sales, helping customers maximize the performance of Cynosure energy-based devices.

The role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, 3–5 years of clinical training in a medical setting, and the ability to coordinate travel for trainings across diverse customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; RN, LPN, NP, PA, Aesthetician, Laser Technician or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of clinical training or experience in a medical setting using Cynosure energy-based devices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support customers.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing customers on all Cynosure products.
• Provide product training and pre/post-sale support.
• Coordinate with sales team and customers to schedule trainings; ensure equipment installations and proper product ordering.
