Job summary

Cynosure, a leader in medical aesthetics, seeks a Training Specialist to educate customers on our Cynosure products. This role includes pre- and post-sale training, fielding clinical questions, and ensuring equipment readiness at customer sites.

Ideal candidates have a nursing or life sciences background with 3–5 years of clinical training experience and strong communication skills. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nursing, life sciences, or related field.
• RN, LPN, NP or PA preferred.
• Experience with Cynosure brand energy-based devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing customers on Cynosure products and systems.
• Coordinate and schedule training within defined timeframes.
• Ensure customer orders include necessary products and accessories for in-service.
• Provide input to update educational materials and programs.
• Field clinical questions from customers and maintain visit records.
• Monitor emails and software tools to support timely responses.
• Represent the Cynosure standard of Exceptional Everyday in all interactions.
