Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience in Tier-1 supplier or OEM environment.
• 3+ years of in-plant manufacturing engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience with BOM structures, quoting, and equipment planning.
• Knowledge of passenger car powertrain and axle/driveline tech helpful.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly planning activities across North America for internal and external customers.
• Develop capital investment models to estimate equipment costs and variances.
• Conduct vendor assessments and support supplier selection.
• Serve as primary customer liaison translating requirements into equipment specs.
• Coordinate equipment installation planning for pre-series and launches.
• Establish planning tools and corrective action strategies to minimize downtime.
• Support change management activities including quotations and validation planning.
