Job summary

Harvard University is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. The role leads the Admissions Office, develops data-driven recruitment plans, and oversees systems and reporting to improve yields for MPH/DrPH programs.

You will collaborate with directors and staff across departments, manage technology, and travel for domestic and international events, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with admissions processes and data reporting.
• Supervisory experience and staff leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with recruiting and events preferred.
• Experience with Harvard systems (e.g., PeopleSoft or WebAdMIT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day Admissions Office operations.
• Process design improvement and management of admissions operations.
• end-to-end admissions processing from inquiry to matriculation.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports; analyze enrollment trends.
• Support data-informed recruitment and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Directors, Assistants and other stakeholders.
• Manage technology (CRM, automated campaigns, portals) to support operations.
• Travel domestically and internationally for events; schedule flexibility.
