Job summary

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy is seeking a Director of International Admissions and Enrollment Management to lead recruitment, enrollment, and retention for day, boarding, and international students.

The role requires strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and experience with immigration documentation, budgeting, and enrollment analytics. Travel and partnership development are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of admissions, enrollment management, or independent school leadership experience.
• Experience in Catholic or independent schools preferred.
• Demonstrated success in domestic and international student recruitment, enrollment strategy, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy aligned with the Academy's mission and long‑term goals.
• Lead the Admissions Committee and ensure a welcoming, high‑quality admissions experience.
• Manage international and boarding enrollment from inquiry through enrollment.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support enrollment goals and student success.
• Oversee data, reporting, and budget management for admissions.
